Walter Duncan Shares 90th Birthday with Kiwanis Club of Front Royal - 9/3/2010

September 1^st 1920 was an important year for Front Royal as it was the year this area welcomed Walter Duncan into the world. Walter shared a history from his humble beginnings in the Riverton Area to his retirement as a Town Council member in 2000.

Reading to the Children at Leslie Fox Keyser Elementary School - 4/13/2010

Kiwanis Club of Front Royal has a new Reading/Book Gift program for the local elementary schools. Shown is Don Mutersbaugh, Webmaster and member of the local club reading to the children in Leslie Fox Keyser Elementary School Library. The Caldecott winning book was gifted to the library. Each month a different Kiwanian will visit an elementary school in Warren County to read and gift a book. This is part of the Children Priority One Committee chaired by Mary Ellen South.
